Syme Drummond are delighted to be working with The HR Practice who are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to join their team; to support their growing list of clients and provide expert advice and first class customer service.
 

 The HR Practice are a leading HR service provider delivering a combination of retained services and bespoke projects.  Their mission is simple – to provide commercial HR services delivered by experienced HR Consultants.  
 

 This role is perfect for a HR professional who is passionate about delivering world-class HR support and advice!
 

 This is a generalist Senior HR Consultant role, where you will provide support, guidance, and advice to The HR Practices clients, ranging from a headcount of 10 to 600. The role will require you to support TUPE, redundancies, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking activities. As well as other generalist activities such as ER advice and case management.
 

This is a permanent role with 4 days per week – any days that work for you – and is flexible. There will be travel required as we support our clients throughout the UK.

The perfect applicant:

  • Experience leading transformation programs and projects involving redundancies, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
  • Experience with TUPE – can provide a consultive approach to specialists on best practices and new ideas of working.
  • Strong background in strategic HR, consulting, and advising.
  • Proven track record of handling employee communications and change management initiatives.
  • Flexibility to take on a range of responsibilities including administrative tasks as required by the business needs.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when projects require being on-site with the client.
  • CIPD qualification is beneficial, but not essential. Experience and demonstrated skills are most important!
