Syme Drummond has been retained by this growth sector logistics and technology solutions company based in Bellshill with sites across the UK as they embark on their next exciting phase of growth. They have an opportunity for an experienced HR generalist operating at Senior HR Advisor level now looking to take that step to HR Partner level or equivalent to join them to help them shape the HR function and deliver their organisational goals. This role will be hands on, at the coalface so to speak with direct access to the senior management team. Key to the organisation success will be their continued growth agenda and this role will take the lead on projects such as Recruitment, HRIS, Employment Policy etc so it will be essential that you have a proven track record in these areas. You will be a self starter and LOVE HR Analytics, you will see the value in HR metrics driving business performance. You will want to own it and will enjoy working closely with the Head of HR and other business leaders.

 

The organisation has recently launched a new HRIS and as they embark into phase 2 of this, this role will support the roll out of this alongside the Head of HR. As the company continues to increase their market share this role will offer someone a unique opportunity to be part of something really special.
