Our customer is looking for an experienced and dynamic Benefits Manager to be a part of a global organisation with extensive experience working with employee benefits, i.e. private health insurance, pensions, etc.
This opportunity could also suit someone coming from a broker background who is looking to make a direct impact internally, with a global reach.
This role will require an autonomous and confident individual with strong communication skills and the ability to lead full discussions and bring their own ideas.
You'll support on benefit renewals, broker reviews, projects, and come with the knowledge and experience of benefit criteria’s, premiums, governance, GDPR, compliance, and more.
