Reward Analyst
Fully Remote | ACCA | 12-month FTC
We’re delighted to be partnering with ACCA to appoint a Reward Analyst into their well-established and supportive reward team.
If you’re someone who isn’t just interested in reward - you’ve chosen to build your career in it, then we want to speak to you.
You’re someone who enjoys working with data, getting into the detail, and using tools like Excel to turn information into meaningful insight. You take pride in accuracy, can spot patterns and inconsistencies, and understand the role reward plays in supporting fair and well-informed decisions.
If you’re looking for an environment where you can continue to develop your expertise in reward, this could be your next step.
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, close-knit reward team who are genuinely passionate about what they do.
The environment is fast-paced, with multiple priorities and cyclical activity, but it is also highly supportive. The team is collaborative, knowledgeable, and invested in developing each other’s capability - making it an excellent setting for someone looking to build a long-term career in reward.
Operating across 40+ countries, this role offers strong international exposure and the opportunity to broaden your experience across a global reward landscape.
This position also sits within a period of positive change and development, including the transition of UK benefits into Workday - giving you exposure to transformation, systems, and evolving ways of working.
The role
This position sits across both reward operations and analysis, offering exposure to a broad range of activities.
You will:
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrolments, changes and leavers
- Ensure accurate and timely data processing for payroll and external providers
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and professional guidance
- Support key reward cycles such as salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits renewals
- Prepare and validate data for compensation processes
- Produce reports, dashboards and analysis for HR and business stakeholders
- Use Excel confidently, including pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation, to analyse and present data
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems
- Identify trends and contribute insights to support decision-making
You will work closely with HR, payroll, finance and external partners to ensure processes run effectively.
About you
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a genuine commitment to developing their career in reward.
You will likely:
- Have experience in reward, HR analytics, benefits administration or a related role
- Have strong Excel skills, including regular use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis when working with large datasets – you must be confident applying these skills independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with data and understanding what sits behind it
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bring curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
- Communicate clearly and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Experience with Workday would be advantageous but is not essential.
What’s on offer
- Fully remote working (with optional access to a Glasgow office)
- A supportive, experienced and collaborative reward team
- Exposure to a global reward environment
- Opportunity to build and develop a long-term career in reward
ACCA also offers a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical cover, flexible leave, and a strong focus on wellbeing and work-life balance.
