Fast-track your career, achieve in 12-18 months what most professionals take years to accomplish.

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a talented Reward Administrator to join their dynamic, close-knit team on a full-time basis.
This role offers fantastic exposure across a wide range of remits – from managing bonus accruals and analysing gender pay gap data, to supporting the development of new benefits processes and assisting with a major HR system implementation. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Reward and Benefits across multiple countries.
It’s a hands-on, detail-focused role that’s perfect for someone proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, dashboards) are essential, along with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in payroll/reward, HR/benefits, and data-heavy administration would be highly beneficial.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for queries, keep processes running smoothly, and work closely with an experienced Reward team, building valuable skills that will set you up for the next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Involved In:
  • Bonus, Pay Review & LTIP Cycles – Reporting, Auditing, Accruals
Run and audit reports across multiple systems, maintain accurate reward data, support letter production, and ensure smooth delivery of annual bonus and pay review processes.
  • Benefits Administration Across Multiple Countries
Manage PMI, pensions, cycle-to-work schemes, joiners and leavers, liaise with brokers/providers, and coordinate wellbeing and benefits initiatives across different regions.
  • Job Sizing & Benchmarking (Korn Ferry)
Run benchmarking reports, update job codes and sizing data in the Reward system, and provide managers with evaluation insights to keep roles competitive.
  • Global System (HCM) Implementation & Process Mapping
Contribute to building and testing a new SuccessFactors system, support process mapping, and help improve workflows as the business transitions from manual processes.
  • Reward Inbox & First-Line Query Handling
Act as the first point of contact for reward-related queries, resolving straightforward issues, escalating where needed, and keeping employees informed and supported.

Why This Role?
  • Gateway into a Reward Career with Global Exposure
Gain hands-on experience working with stakeholders and data across multiple countries – a rare opportunity at entry level.
  • Blend of Analytical and People-Focused Work
Switch seamlessly between data analysis and direct employee interaction, developing a well-rounded skill set.
  • Excellent Benefits & Hybrid Working
Enjoy three days in the office and two from home, along with a generous benefits package.
  • Make a Real Impact on Employees’ Experience
Support the delivery of benefits, processes, and initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement.

Bring your attention to detail, data skills, and drive – we’ll give you the platform to make your mark.
