Syme Drummond is delighted to be retained and partner exclusively with Clyde Valley Group (CVG) to appoint a People Partner within their People function. CVG is a values-led organisation with the People Agenda at the heart of its strategy. You’ll partner directly with managers and business leaders (right up to CEO/Board) to turn strategy into practical, people-centred delivery across a close-knit organisation of c.90 colleagues. You’ll have the autonomy to shape, the support to grow, and the senior access to make positive change happen.

What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships and partner with execs and leaders to coach, challenge and translate strategy into deliverable people plans.
- Lead workforce and succession planning; drive talent, OD, engagement and ED&I activity.
- Use people data to spot trends early, solve problems and measure impact.
- Advise on complex ER; keep policy and practice compliant, pragmatic and people-centred.
- Line-manage and develop one team member.

You’ll thrive here if you are
- An experienced senior HR Generalist who balances strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up delivery with strong experience in Organisational Development.
- Credible with senior leaders; calm, coaching, data fluent.
- Passionate about wellbeing and ED&I and keen to turn good intentions into everyday practice.
- People-centred, values-led, ambitious and innovative.
- CIPD L5 (or equivalent capability).
