Syme Drummond is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation to support the appointment of a Learning & Development People Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a business at a particularly exciting point in its journey.
The organisation is currently going through a significant period of transformation and change, creating a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys helping organisations build capability, develop talent and support colleagues through evolving business needs.
Perhaps you started your career in HR and discovered a passion for Learning & Development along the way.
Maybe you've found yourself increasingly drawn towards organisational learning and helping people reach their potential.
If so, this could be an excellent next step.
This isn't a traditional HR Business Partner role. Equally, it's not a purely delivery-focused Learning & Development position.
Instead, you'll sit at the intersection of HR, Learning & Development, organisational capability and business change, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to identify skills gaps, develop practical learning solutions and support wider people initiatives.
What will you be doing?
What are we looking for?
We're ideally looking for someone who has a strong HR foundation but has since developed a passion and specialism within Learning & Development.
Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous; however, we're also keen to hear from individuals within other highly regulated sectors, as experience navigating regulatory frameworks and operating in a regulated environment is a key requirement for this role.
Why this opportunity?
This is a chance to join a collaborative People team where ideas are welcomed, improvement is encouraged, and Learning & Development plays an important role in supporting the wider business.
You'll work alongside an experienced and highly regarded senior L&D leader, gaining exposure to a broad range of learning, capability and organisational development projects whilst helping shape the future of the organisation during a period of significant change.
If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely influence, improve and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
