£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Opportunity + Bens

I’m delighted to be supporting a hugely exciting, ambitious and growing global business with the search for a brand new People Operations Manager to join the team in Glasgow.

The People Director is passionate about disruptive HR thinking and is looking for someone who genuinely loves:

Importantly, this is a business that embraces change and innovation. They need someone naturally curious, commercially minded and not afraid to challenge the status quo, try new ideas and continuously improve how things are done.

This role will suit someone who thrives in evolving, fast-paced environments, enjoys improving processes and solving problems, and genuinely loves the operational side of HR. They’ll naturally question “how can we make this better?” and be passionate about creating a first-class employee experience through smarter systems, workflows and operational delivery.
 

Essential criteria:

• Degree qualified
• Strong operational HR/process mindset
• Excellent systems and process improvement capability
• Confident with HR data/reporting
• Naturally proactive, curious and solutions-focused
• Experience operating in fast-paced or growth environments
