Syme Drummond are delighted to be working with Sight Scotland, in search for a passionate and motivated People Operations Consultant to join their growing team.
This role offers flexible hours across the working week, with at least 2 days spent in the Edinburgh office and hybrid opportunities to make sure your presence is felt across the business.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who doesn’t like to just maintain the status quo.
You will be a key contributor in supporting the People Strategy within the business. Responsible for supporting the whole employee lifecycle for both employees and volunteers and bringing new ideas and ways of working to ensure an exceptional employee experience for all.
You must be able to think outside the box and have a curious and creative mind with a strong people focus.
What You’ll Need:

Excellent HR knowledge and ER experience (for absence management)

Data analysis skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management
-
Confidence in leading initiatives

Experience of coaching and training volunteers and employees to identify their needs.

Independence and a knack for thinking outside the box.
