Salary up to £50,000 DOE
Own the day-to-day people agenda for a busy population. Be the visible, hands-on lead who keeps welfare, performance and operations humming.
What you’ll do

Lead people management across the group: attendance, appraisals, coaching, and low-level ER

Line management of 5 and drive consistent standards across bases

Oversee welfare, crew rooms and uniform allocation/standards

Partner with Crew Planning/Rostering to keep comms clear and issues “nipped in the bud”

Support consultations/change activity and represent the people voice on site

Travel between bases as needed (occasional overnights; company expenses are all covered)
What you’ll bring

Proven people leadership in a safety-critical/operational and unionised environment
-
Confident with and proven extensive experience in ER case management, calm under pressure, great at coaching frontline leaders within a unionised environment

Visible, pragmatic style - happy to roll up sleeves and get things done!

Comfortable travelling; full UK driving licence required
