HR Business Partner Change & Transformation FTC – Glasgow Immediate start/Short notice
We’re supporting a large, complex organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a significant programme of organisational change.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver complex transformation activity, with a strong focus on consultation, restructuring and organisational change.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing both credibility and confidence when operating at a senior level.
The role
You’ll work in a true business partnering capacity, supporting senior leaders to deliver people-focused change across multiple areas of the organisation.
Key areas of focus will include:
Leading and supporting large-scale organisational change programmes
Managing collective consultations, restructures and redundancy processes
Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategy aligned to business objectives
Working closely with Trade Unions, building strong and effective relationships
Ensuring all activity is delivered in line with employment legislation and best practice
Using data and insight to support decision-making and mitigate risk
Supporting the development of management capability through coaching and guidance
About you
This role requires an experienced HR professional who is confident operating at pace and navigating complexity.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within change and transformation environments
Strong experience managing collective consultations, restructures and redundancies
Up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience working with Trade Unions and industrial relations
The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
A calm, pragmatic approach when managing complex and sensitive situations
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
