HR Projects Lead - West Coast

Syme Drummond are recruiting an HR Projects Lead for our customer in the Legal sector to be based in Glasgow on a permanent basis.  Offering a hybrid working pattern this role will initially manage a team of 10 HR Assistants until April 2022 and will then have responsibility for managing HR projects, supporting the wider People & Culture function.  Working within Shared Services this role will lead on all HR annual and one-off projects.

This role will suit a highly organised and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be analytical, process driven and have experience within a generalist environment.  You will have the opportunity to play a part in process improvement and change, and so, your passion will lie in your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
