We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our customer’s thriving HR team as part of their project-focused operations team based in the Greater Glasgow Area on a hybrid basis.
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have the invaluable opportunity to lead and deliver projects, with the chance to work with and present to senior stakeholders. This is a fantastic role for any ambitious, confident individual who is looking to really make their mark!
 
Experience with Power BI, MI Reporting and HR System Implementation is highly beneficial to be successful in this role. You will be highly organised, self-assured, and have excellent project, stakeholder, and data management skills.
 
It is important that you come with both the ability to lead on global and national projects, have extensive experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders within the HR Project space, and can work autonomously as well as leading others to drive projects to timely completion. 
 
With a great understanding of the power of data to make informed decisions, you will have great experience with project mapping, and you will also have the resilience and passion to push these projects through to completion.
 
 
Some of the current/ ongoing projects include:
 
  • Implementing new HR and Recruitment systems
  • Developing process excellence
  • Improving GDPR/data metrics processes
  • Process mapping.
 
 
The Head of HR is looking for someone who is as driven as they are, to lead these projects alongside leaders across the business.
 
This role comes with great exposure for development, and the opportunity to work with leaders right up to the company owner. This will be a testing yet rewarding experience for the successful person.
