Syme Drummond is delighted to partner with our fantastic customer as they seek to appoint a new HR Generalist to their team in Kilmarnock.
This is a true generalist role, that will give you variety in your work, working within a vibrant, sociable culture.
The perfect applicant will have experience of managing the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to:

Providing sound, trusted HR advice to stakeholders of various seniority levels

Guidance on employee relation cases (i.e., disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management, restructuring, etc.)

Supporting the delivery of recruitment, learning and development, and talent management processes

Always striving for improvement

Using MI and data to make better-informed decisions, the use of Workday is beneficial but not essential.

Supporting and driving a variety of HR projects to timely completion
To be successful, you will be able to multitask efficiently as this is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
