This is a great opportunity to be the organising centre of HR, keeping hiring, onboarding and people data running smoothly in a friendly, fast-moving environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage offers, contracts and onboarding packs; schedule inductions and keep documentation tidy.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and produce routine/ad hoc people reports in Excel.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments and stakeholder diaries for a smooth candidate/manager experience.
  • Run tidy trackers, prepare clean change data and support timely hand-offs with HR/payroll colleagues.
  • Support practical projects such as an onboarding refresh and a wider data cleanse.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong HR administration/coordination experience in a busy setting.
  • Comfortable in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots a plus) and confident with HRIS (SuccessFactors ideal).
  • High attention to detail, organised and service-minded; clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for RTW/UKVI exposure.
