Syme Drummond is delighted to partner with our fantastic customer as they seek to appoint a new HR Business Partner to their team in Kilmarnock.
You will support senior stakeholders throughout the business, with a global reach, to drive the people plan across various business areas in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a confident, hands-on HR professional and enjoy collaborating with wider HR functions and senior leaders with a very varied remit.
The perfect applicant will have business partnering experience, including but not limited to:

Both strategic and operational partnering experience to deliver HR initiatives across the business

Partnering with senior management, building trusted long-standing relationships

Development and execution of people plans and strategies to support business needs.

Guidance and oversight of complex employee relation cases (i.e., disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management, restructuring, etc.)

Collaborating with management to drive the delivery of recruitment, learning, and development, organisational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management processes.

Creating and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure they remain up to date and fit for purpose at all times.

Coaching, and influencing senior stakeholders for essential outcomes.

Using MI and data and reporting to provide insights to senior leaders to make informed decisions,

Leading on a variety of HR projects to timely completion
