Our customer is a global FMCG sector organisation who have a highly successful and driven HR team who work closely together. Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, this role will have a small team of direct reports and between you and the other business partner you will support the daily operations within the team.
Scope of the role:
You will be responsible for coaching and providing expert people advice across the business. Career development is a key focus in growing their talent and creating robust succession planning. A big part of this role will be to proactively anticipate and respond to the development needs within your business area.
