What you’ll be doing

  • Day-to-day HR generalist support across absence and performance, informal ER and case handling.
  • Coaching managers on policies and good people practice; keeping documentation tidy and up to date.
  • Partnering on hiring activity and ensuring a smooth, consistent experience.
  • Getting involved in practical HR projects (onboarding improvements, data cleanse, simple people analytics/KPIs).
  • Keeping people data accurate in the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and collaborating closely with payroll colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven HR generalist experience in a busy, multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Confidence with everyday ER/absence/performance.
  • Sound grasp of policies/handbooks and a tidy approach to templates and letters.
  • HRIS know-how (SuccessFactors a plus) and comfortable Excel skills for reporting.
  • Clear, calm communication and the ability to coach managers, including technical stakeholders.
