We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our customer’s HR/People Team based at their Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow on a hybrid basis.
We are looking for someone whose main focus is employee relations, with an investigative mindset and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions, advice, and support within a fast-paced environment.
You will be working 4 days in the office or traveling to branches, and one day from home. All fuel and travel costs associated with your role will be covered.
This is a very collaborative team, where you are encouraged to bring your own unique views.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:

Facilitating disciplinary and grievance cases

Resolving long-term absences

Working across multiple sites, supporting people managers in various locations, both face-to-face and virtually

Providing employee welfare support and guidance
Key skills or background required for the HR Advisor role include:

Experience in a UK employee relations-focused role
-
Proven knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law, and its application

Strong communication skills
-
Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of your role.

Full UK drivers licence.
