Turnkey IPS is a high-growth, PE-backed technology business with a long-standing heritage and a modern, supportive culture. Following a period of significant scaling and the introduction of core HR foundations, the organisation is now seeking a commercially minded Head of HR to refine, elevate and evolve the people function as the business continues to grow in the UK and internationally.
Reporting directly to the CEO and managing an HR Administrator, this role blends hands-on operational delivery with increasing strategic influence. It’s an excellent opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys shaping a developing function, strengthening people leadership capability, and supporting an ambitious growth plan.
Strengthening HR operations, processes and practical people support
Embedding performance management and building manager capability
Optimising HiBob and people analytics
Supporting organisational design, succession planning and future workforce planning
Providing confident, commercial HR partnership to the CEO and senior management team
Developing and mentoring the HR Administrator
Strong HR generalist experience with commercial awareness
Ability to balance operational delivery with emerging strategic work
Ideally experience in tech, PE-backed, professional services or financial services environments
Confidence working at pace with senior leaders
Warm, pragmatic, collaborative approach
HR systems experience (HiBob advantageous)
