Looking for a varied Global Benefits role within a supportive, collaborative environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global professional services firm, supporting partners and employees across multiple regions. You’ll be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team where your contribution really matters, and where you’ll get exposure to senior stakeholders, global projects, and vendor management.

You will work closely with the Global Benefits Manager, helping to deliver and embed benefits programmes, while also leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and overall reward experience.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the design, rollout, and ongoing management of global benefits programmes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants
  • Assisting with governance of the Defined Contribution pension scheme
  • Creating engaging communications and running roadshows to help employees understand and value their benefits
  • Leading wellbeing initiatives and contributing to a positive employee experience
  • Monitoring global benefits trends and analysing data to support decision-making
  • Acting as a trusted rewards advisor and business partner across the organisation
  • Coaching colleagues and supporting their development in technical and professional skills

What you will bring

  • Experience supporting or leading cyclical benefits activity (e.g., flexible benefits windows, contract renewals)
  • Experience managing global reward or benefits projects on time and on budget
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills
  • Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and comfortable producing reports
  • Knowledge of employee benefits legislation, including DC pension schemes
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented approach
  • Interest in employee engagement, wellbeing, and professional development
