Are you an energetic, hands-on HR professional who loves rolling up your sleeves and getting things done?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business as they embark on a major HR refresh - modernising processes, updating policies, and bringing structure and pace to a people-first culture.

Working closely with a highly experienced Head of HR, you’ll have real ownership of your function  partnering with the R&D and engineering teams on everything from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, policy design, and process improvement.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety and momentum, someone who spots what needs done, gets on with it, and enjoys being a step ahead. You’ll have the confidence to take ownership but the warmth to fit into a genuinely nice, collaborative environment.

What we’re looking for:

• HR generalist experience in a fast-paced setting (FMCG, retail, or similar).

• Proven ability to build trust quickly and deliver at speed.

• Comfortable managing projects end-to-end - from policy updates to resourcing challenges.

• A self-starter with great judgement, drive, and humour.
