We’re looking for 4 detail-driven Data Processors to support a high-impact HR project focused on maritime crew certification. This fully remote, fixed-term role (4–6 months) is ideal for someone with an eagle eye for accuracy, a love for structured processes, and a knack for spotting inconsistencies.
Whether you’ve got previous experience in data entry, document control, or HR systems, or you’re a recent HR graduate looking for meaningful, project-based work, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Upload and verify thousands of certification documents into a new HR system
- Cross-check data for accuracy, flag missing or expired documents
- Organise records by crew, rank, and training requirements
- Work closely with the training team to ensure compliance
You’ll need to be:
- Meticulous with data and confident using Excel
- A fast learner who’s happy working independently with minimal direction and supervision
- Calm under high-volume workloads and consistent with detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
Maritime industry experience is a bonus, but not essential – curiosity, accuracy, and a can-do attitude are what count!
