As part of their ongoing success, the finance team is evolving and now has an opportunity for a Credit Controller to make a real impact by supporting strong cash flow and building trusted customer relationships across a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
This is a varied and practical role, ideal for someone with credit control experience who enjoys working in a supportive, values-led team.
What you’ll get involved in:
• Managing your own customer ledger, including chasing overdue balances and setting up payment plans
• Allocating and reconciling incoming payments accurately and on time
• Performing credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve payment queries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Producing debtor reports and contributing ideas to improve credit control processes
