Senior L&D Consultant - London based - London

Syme Drummond is working exclusively with this global organisation with a leading reputation in their sector. They are actively sourcing for a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to be based at their offices in London and will be operating a hybrid working model.

This role will report into the Head of L&D for the UK and Ireland and will be part of a highly valued and visible L%D team. 

To be considered for this role your CV must demonstrate the following experience:

• Ideally you will have provided a full L&D consultancy service to a large or global business
• You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in the facilitation of training/learning
• You will have worked as part of a senior regional L&D team delivering the full learning cycle, including learning needs analysis through to design, delivery and evaluation
• Ideally you will built a lot of your learning experience within a Sales environment albeit this is not essential
• You will demonstrate experience of partnering with the business to leverage subject matter expertise to create highly engaging learning environments. 
• You will promote and present a professional image and role model to the business and be a confident using virtual learning platforms such as Zoom and Teams to deliver your learning 
• You will have key expertise in designing and delivering management development, soft skills/behavioural and leadership training
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Commercially savvy
