Syme Drummond are working exclusively with our FMCG customer who are looking to expand their team and recruit a  commercial Senior HR Business Partner.  Reporting to the Head of HR this role will work alongside the Senior Management team to drive transformation and change.  With offices across the Central Belt this role offers a hybrid working model.

This will be a generalist role with a focus on key projects and will contribute to the Group people strategy.  You will be responsible for driving the delivery of a quality senior HR business partnering service to the company and will build and develop integrated relationships and solutions with the Senior business leaders.

In order to be considered for this role you will currently be operating at Senior HRBP or equivalent level and will have demonstrable experience of managing projects through the full project life cycle.  As a Senior HR Business Partner, you should be a true generalist, with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function (e.g. learning & development, reward, compensation & benefits).  This role will really suit someone who is tenacious, pragmatic and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team and a competitive package is on offer for the right candidate.
