Syme Drummond are working exclusively with this NFP sector organisation as they look to hire a Recruitment and Engagement Partner to join their Award-winning HR team.
 
This role will be responsible for their South West Scotland region and can be based from either Ayr or Dumfries on a hybrid working pattern. You will be required to travel in this region so a driving licence is essential
 
Reporting into the Senior Recruitment and Engagement Lead this role will allow you to be autonomous whilst benefiting from being part of a wider team.  You will take responsibility and ownership for their SW Scotland Recruitment, Engagement and Retention needs so will work closely with their business managers in order to ensure all their recruitment needs are met.

  • Take ownership and responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, engagement & retention needs
  • Partnering closely with operational management teams to ensure recruitment needs are met – both internally and externally
  • Developing talent pipelines
  • Taking the lead in promoting the organisations recruitment & engagement brand
  • Developing recruitment campaigns as part of the wider team
  • Ensuring robust on-boarding in line with Safer Recruitment Guidelines
  • Responsible for promoting benefits & wellbeing initiatives internally, ensuring colleagues make the most of what the company have on offer
  • Managing retention, exit processes, early intervention with leavers & identifying turnover trends
  • Create and design adverts to attract suitable applicants
