Syme Drummond are delighted to be assisting our superb customer based in Balerno to source an HR Administrator

Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, this role will provide administrative support to the HR and learning & development (L&D) teams, helping to ensure that those functions provide a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You will work on a wide range of HR administration activities across both HR and L&D and will be competent using a range of IT systems and media. This role will provide first level HR support across the full employee life cycle and will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to really work with stakeholders and employees across a wide generalist remit where the work that you do has such an important impact and value on the organisation.
