Syme Drummond is working with an well respected business operating in the Legal sector. This role will offer hybrid working, with the newly refurbished offices based in Glasgow city centre.  They are now recruiting an HR Systems Analyst to join their team and work on their HR systems maintenance and development.  Sitting within the Rewards Team this is a fast-paced, busy and varied role and is well suited to someone with extensive HR systems experience, ideally Oracle and Sequel, however this is not a necessity.

To be considered for this role  your CV MUST demonstrate the following:

  • Several years HRIS experience 

  • Advance excel skills (including pivot tables and vlookups

  • A high aptitude for problem solving and analysis

  • Configuration skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
