Wow! I am super excited to be working exclusively with this FMCG global business as they embark on hiring an HR Manager to support their Commercial and Global functions. This role will work at pace within a global context so I am ideally looking to hear from HR Manager/Senior HRBP  level professionals who have experience of working with international stakeholders. You will thrive at working within a busy, fast paced and at times ambiguous environment and will have a proven track record of operating as a successful HR generalist and being able to drive change.

Dealing with the global strategic HR plan as well as being able to operate with the business as usual tasks, this role will require you to cover all areas of HR. You will enjoy managing multiple HR projects such as EVP, Gender Pay Gap as well as D&I, mental health and wellbeing, employee engagement, employee relations and talent management. In addition you will enjoy working as part of a high performing team which engages across all levels of the business. This is not a process driven environment, you will use your initiative and intuition to drive forward HR change and to engage with key stakeholders. You will be able to plan and prioritise your workload to reach successful outcomes.
