Syme Drummond is delighted to be partnering an innovative organisation based in the central belt with impressive growth plans who place people at the heart of everything they do. I'm looking to hear from commercially minded Head of HR/HR Manager level professionals who are currently working within an SME business within a multi site role where they are the 'go to' HR person. This will be a fully generalist HR role working directly for the CEO. Candidates must demonstrate experience in the following key areas:

Recruitment
Performance Management
Learning and Development
People Engagement
HR Policy and Process

Candidates coming from Logistics/Distribution/FMCG/Technology would be advantageous albeit not essential.
