A superb permanent HR Co-Ordinator / Team Leader role with a well-respected family business within the FMCG sector.  

This is likely to be a busy and fast paced role following a recent significant acquisition. The role will follow a hybrid working pattern. 

The role responsibilities include: 

  • Recruitment & Onboarding 
  • Performance Management (including annual appraisals/reviews) 
  • Team Management (manage the HR admin team including daily tasks and performance reviews)
  • HR Admin 
  • Employee Relations (assist with ER matters including but not limited to disciplinarians, welfare cases, grievances) 
  • Training & Development

  • Be available to work in the Glenrothes office for a minimum of three days per week (driving license preferred for ease of travel)
  • Have previous relevant HR experience and experience in leading/managing a team.
  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent
  • Have great MS Office/HR Systems skills
