HR Business Partner - West Coast

Syme Drummond is excited to present a permanent HR Business Partner role to market with one of their growth sector customers who are an oil and gas exploration, development and production company. They are looking to source a commercial HR Business Partner with experience across the full range of HR but specifically recruitment as this would be an area that would form a significant part of the role. Working as part of a highly visible and valued HR team, this role will face off to senior leaders as well as a diverse employee group. 

Based in Edinburgh, it is likely the role will require you to be based in the office once lockdown restrictions ease for at least 4 days.
