Are you working in an autonomous role as an HR Assistant/Administrator or equivalent level but looking for that next step where you can really drive your love for HR administration, your passion for all things Excel and have the opportunity to support a visionary HR Manager and her team?
Working across a busy global manufacturing organisation – this role will call on you to work across a full HR generalist remit including supporting their Reward Analyst.
What skills do you need to show us?

Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP and ideally pivot tables as well as proficiency using formulas to create accurate data reports

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience including mail merges

Strong stakeholder skills across all levels from shopfloor to global C suite level

You will thrive working in an organisation where you need to get your sleeves rolled up and work with manual systems whilst using your initiative and being proactive to spot better ways of working

You will ideally have experience of shopfloor/unionised environments and a rock-solid background in HR administration where you act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on a face-to-face basis as well as over telephone and email

Flexibility on working hours – for probationary period preference would be on site however further flexibility is an option once probation is completed – likely being 4 days on site, 1 day working from home with flexibility given around start and finish times/compressed hours
