A superb opportunity to join a world-renowned, global FMCG business in the spirits market.
At Syme Drummond, we are working exclusively with our Edinburgh based customer as they seek to appoint an HR Assistant who can support a busy HR function on a 12 month FTC basis.
The HR Assistant will be responsible for delivering a fantastic candidate experience through supporting the recruitment process across all areas of the business - including but not limited to first level candidate screening and interviews, job advertising, anonymising CVs, liaison with agencies and initial candidate shortlisting. In addition to this, you will also provide a full HR administration support service so there will be lots of opportunity to get involved. This role will offer you the opportunity to work with a collaborative team where you will gain exposure across the full HR employee lifecycle.
