Syme Drummond has an HR Assistant level opportunity available for one of their good customers based near Edinburgh Airport. This role will support a busy HR team and report into the HR Advisor. You will be responsible for providing first level HR administration support and advice in a business facing role. The role does require you to work on site and it is easily reached via public transport as well as having a free car park. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

Currently working as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or equivalent level
Evidence of dealing with a variety of first level HR queries
Competent in dealing with the administrative support of the full employee lifecycle
Recruitment Administration
HR support on ER issues
Ability to deal and manage HR metrics
