HR Advisor - Edinburgh

Syme Drummond are delighted to be working exclusively with a market leader in data management services and data analytics to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to join the team in Edinburgh (hybrid).  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic team.  This role will provide a generalist service to business and will also mentor/coach the HR Coordinator.  

The ideal candidate for this role will come from a professional services background and will have a solid generalist background.  You will have:

* employee relations expertise including planning, managing and risk mitigation of employment cases.

* HR systems and process knowledge, together with a thorough understanding of current employment law.

* Previous experience in an HR generalist role at Advisor level; experience in professional services/consultancy is advantageous

* Confidence in the use of Excel to manipulate and analyse data

* Pro-actively seeking areas for improvement and presenting solutions
