HR Advisor - Glasgow

Syme Drummond are delighted to be partnering with a key player in the motor industry to recruit a HR Advisor to be based in Glasgow (hybrid).  This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to stretch your skills and will help you build and have autonomy day to day, managing own diary and ER case load including complex cases. The culture of the team is very rewarding as you will gain lots of kudos as an advisor within the role brining job satisfaction. The role will also have direct exposure to the board of directors having that interaction with them often along with flexibility if and when required.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a strong generalist background with a focus on employee relations and current knowledge of employee relations and employment law.  Excellent communication and influencing skills are key for this role.  You will also be willing to travel to other sites when necessary and a full driving licence is required.
