HR Advisor - West Coast

Syme Drummond is looking to hear from HR Advisor level candidates for one of their favourite customers! This role will be a site based  role and you will be joining a busy and highly valued HR team. Working within a highly unionised environment this role will offer you the opportunity to really work at the coalface of the business. You will be deal with the senior leadership team through to shopfloor employees and will enjoy being able to meet and deliver your HR advisory support in a face to face manner. This role will allow you to get your sleeves rolled up and get on with what you are good at! You must have experience of working as an Senior HR Officer/HR Advisor level and will be able demonstrate your experience of dealing with employee relation issues, discipline and grievance, absence management, HR policy work, employment law and supporting the wider HR team on exciting HR projects.
