Syme Drummond is partnering this well known media organisation based in Dundee as they look to strengthen their People function with an HR Administrator. This is a busy role with lots of stakeholder engagement across all levels so if you enjoy a business facing role where you will be fully involved in the employee life cycle then this is absolutely the role for you! You will be super organised, able to work at pace and thrive in a busy environment with lots of variety within your HR role, not to mention working with a rather fabulous HR team :) It will be essential that you have worked within an HR Administration or HR Assistant level role as this is not an entry level role. 

You must be confident using HR systems and reporting and will have experience of managing the new starts process including preparing and issuing contract paperwork, inputting bank details, taking references etc. This will include maintaining compliance and regulatory processes regarding Right to Work checks. 

The organisation operates a flexible hybrid working model so you can be based remotely if that is your preference with an expectation of being in the Dundee office once per fortnight.
