HR Administrator - Falkirk

Based in Falkirk with on site parking and good public transport links, this role will require you to be based on site 5 days a week with an early finish on a Friday!

You will gain exposure to the full HR generalist remit through providing a first point of contact HR administration service.

 

This is a full-on HR admin role so you would need to be proactive and be able to use initiative. The hours of work would be 8am -4:30pm Mon to Thurs, 8-12:30pm on a Friday. They offer a competitive salary with great benefits.

 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Experience in a similar position within a fast-paced and changeable HR function
  • Good IT skills with the ability to use all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and knowledge of Visio would be great
  • An understanding of data and information sensitivity and confidentiality
  • An excellent eye for detail and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • It is essential you have previous experience of working with a fully integrated payroll, personnel, and time and attendance system
  • Confident, with good relationship building skills, especially as you will be responsible for liaising with many stakeholders
  • A background in Human Resources and support function work including the following elements: Recruitment, Employee Development, Employee relations and HR systems.
