Syme Drummond has an HR Administrator level opportunity available for one of their good customers based near Glasgow. This role will support a busy HR team and report into the HR BP. You will be responsible for providing first level HR administration support and advice in a business facing role. The role can offer hybrid working as well as having a free car park. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Currently working as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or equivalent level
- Evidence of dealing with a variety of first level HR queries
- Competent in dealing with the administrative support of the full employee lifecycle
- Recruitment Administration
- HR support on ER issues
- Ability to deal and manage HR systems and metrics
- Able to support on a wide variety of HR projects
