Syme Drummond has an HR Administrator level opportunity available for one of their good customers based near Glasgow. This role will support a busy HR team and report into the HR BP. You will be responsible for providing first level HR administration support and advice in a business facing role. The role can offer hybrid working as well as having a free car park.  This role offers someone the opportunity to join a company going through lots of positive change and growth so someone who has a change mindset would be ideal!  Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Currently working as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or equivalent level
  • Evidence of dealing with a variety of first level HR queries 
  • Competent in dealing with the administrative support of the full employee lifecycle
  • Recruitment Administration
  • HR support on ER issues
  • Ability to deal and manage HR systems and metrics
  • Able to support on a wide variety of HR projects
