We are looking for an HR Generalist of exceptional calibre to partner their exciting solutions , process , resource and technologically driven new business venture. Working closely with business leaders and their fully integrated teams to offer their clients legal excellence with efficient delivery :
 
Key areas of expertise :

Experience in delivering high quality generalist HR support to a senior stakeholder group within a Professional Services environment is essential to the success of this role. 
The ability to successfully demonstrate depth of commercial understanding of the business will be a given along with the proven HR knowledge , skills and experience; operationally and strategic 
 
 
A drive and passion for attracting, nurturing and developing outstanding Talent and providing sound advice and support to key stakeholders on planning and succession models 
 
 
Fully conversant on complex ER issues and employment Legislation 
 
 
Change management champion,  process driven with a “can do” approach to challenging and often time critical deliverables 
 
 
Ability to lead on plans and initiatives alongside Line Managers on diversity and inclusion to help the firm achieve its goals and targets, in line with firm objectives and work to embed these within the business. 
 
 
Work in close partnership with myHRServices and other specialist areas of Employee Relations, Comp and Ben, L&OD, Diversity and Trainee Development to co-ordinate the utilisation of appropriate skills, knowledge and strategies. 
 
 
CIPD qualified or equivalent 
HRIS and HR technology sound with the ability to positively and commercially interpret data and HR reporting
