Syme Drummond have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to be based in Glasgow on a 12 month FTC.  This role will offer a hybrid working pattern.  Joining at a truly exciting time this role will be act as HR Project Lead to manage the design, development and implementation of two key HR systems/processes to help drive forward the transformation of the HR function.  

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience of leading HR systems projects
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Good experience working with processes and being detailed focused
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to project manage, adapt and deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer literacy to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • CIPD, or equivalent, professional HR qualification is desirable.
