Syme Drummond is seeking an experienced ER Specialist for a vibrant, agile, and top-performing housing, care, and property-management group in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations within a heavily unionised environment, working closely with 3 prominent unions.
Update and develop policies in line with employment law and best practices.
Handle a varied ER caseload, including absence and performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
Provide clear, detailed reports and data analysis to senior management.
Coach and train managers on ER matters.

Requirements

Extensive experience in employee relations, ideally within a large, unionised organisation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to think innovatively and make informed decisions.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work setting.
