Syme Drummond is working exclusively with this exciting business as they embark on growing their HR function. This role will be for between 6 and 9 months and will require an HR professional with a key strength in the area of Employee Relations.

To be considered for this role  your CV must demonstrate:

  • proven background in an ER role in a fast-changing business
  • Experience of end-to-end ER Case Management
  • Seen as a subject matter expert in ER
  • Up to date employment law knowledge together with sound, quick, judgment skills.
  • Extensive experience of advising line managers on the full range of employment issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively partner with TU reps
  • First-hand experience of supporting organisational change
  • Partner with the HRBP team to develop and deliver workshops to upskill managers
  • Advise on HR issues in relation to serious conduct matters, capability, including the management of suspensions and investigations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 

This role can be based anywhere as they have offices throughout the UK.
